Gmail disconnect and ShowHound account deletion are separate actions.

Disconnecting Gmail removes locally stored Gmail credentials, clears Gmail consents and scan settings, removes stored Gmail evidence, scrubs Gmail-specific identifiers from retained workflow records, and stops future Gmail processing. Disconnecting Gmail does not delete your whole ShowHound account or all booking workflow records.

After Gmail is disconnected, non-Gmail booking history and saved Writing Style preferences may remain so your account history stays useful. Turning off Relationship Context or Writing Style also stops future processing for that feature, without deleting the rest of your account.

Requesting account deletion is separate. A deletion request locks product access, disconnects Gmail, stops future subscription renewal, and starts deletion or anonymization of ShowHound product data, including Gmail-derived data and Writing Style profiles. Processing may be asynchronous and may be retried if a cleanup step cannot complete immediately. Billing, tax, dispute, fraud-prevention, security, and legal records may be retained where required.

Signed-in users can disconnect Gmail, manage Relationship Context and Writing Style settings, and request account deletion from Account Center. Users may also revoke ShowHound's Gmail access from their Google account controls.

If you cannot sign in, email support@show-hound.com from the address on the account for help with account or data-deletion requests.
